What happens when Manouche swing in the tradition of Django Reinhardt meets American straight-ahead jazz? We think we have the answer, and hope that it would have been both Django and Duke Ellington dancing in their graves, along with our very alive and well audience. Franglais--pronounced [frahn-GLAY] is the homecoming of American in Paris back to Missouri. We have played to rave reviews all over the United States and France. We were the only American band to be invited to the Django Reinhardt Jazz Festival in Samois-Sur-Seine, France, and to the Manouche Jazz Festival in Zillishiem, France.
