Anthony Leroy Glise
With 9 diplomas from 7 countries, solo concerts at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, etc., countless international concerts, and published CDs/books (most available in English, German, French, and Italian), Anthony was the MAC “Individual Artist of the Year, 2006.” Born in St. Joseph, Missouri, Anthony has held full-time professorships and performed for 27 years throughout the US and Europe where he lives part-time in a tiny French village with (in his own words), "...we have 500 people, 800 cows, and the newest church in the county... built in 1568."Anthony is the only American to win first prize at the “International Toscanini Competition” (Italy) and the only non-French composer elected to the “French Film Commission” (DRAC). Anthony's programs can be as formal or casual as needed, with complimentary, family-friendly outreach events to help with publicity.
