* If an organization changes its official name or mailing address, then it must submit a Vendor Input Form with the Grant Change Request Form. Payment of invoice may be delayed until the new information is processed by the Missouri Office of Administration and reflected in the state vendor system.

New Grant Recipients
You must be in the state vendor system to receive your MAC award.  New grant recipients or organizations that have not claimed expenses for one year must submit a new Vendor Input Form.

MAC Logo
To copy MAC Logo, click on the logo which will take you to a new page. Once there place mouse pointer on the MAC Logo, press the right click button on the mouse and select Save Picture As. Those using a Macintosh need to control-click on the image, and select "Download image to disk."
